Here’s a snapshot of the role and its key responsibilities:

• As a  Self Checker at St Pancras you are responsible for cleaning and maintaining high standards in guest bedrooms on a day-to-day basis.
• This role has a deep understanding and a passion for a five star approach to service delivery, hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• As housekeeping self-checker it is the ambassador’s responsibility to ensure we always give our guests unique and fabulous options to make the most of their time and their trip to make their stay unique.

We’ll be hiring a candidate that has:

• Sustained and proven experience in a similar quality, five-star, environment
• Demonstrable skills in or hospitality
• A strong knowledge of lifestyle and luxury hotel standards with evidence of successful implementation of high level service and product standards
