JOB SUMMARY

 An exciting opportunity for a Chambers Club Operations Manager has arisen at London's most iconic hotel. If you are a talented professional, passionate about creating extraordinary experiences, then St Pancras could be the perfect hotel for you.

Here’s a snapshot of the role and its key responsibilities:

  • The Chambers Club Operations Manager (CCOM) is responsible for the effective operation of the exclusive Chambers Suites, Club Lounge and Private Club Membership.
  • The CCOM will lead the chambers team consisting of VIP Lounge Hosts and two Chambers Club Supervisors to delivery unrivalled five star guest experience.
  •  This role encompasses the effective working relationships with key members of the hotel management team including Head Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, Beverage & Food Manager and Executive Chef to ensure the highest levels of customer service is delivered to Chambers guests.

We’ll be hiring a candidate that has:

  • Sustained and proven leadership experience in a similar quality, five-star culinary environment
  • Demonstrable skills in an upscale service environment and hospitality
  • A strong knowledge of lifestyle and luxury hotel standards with evidence of successful implementation of high level service and product standards
