We are currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor with a passion for delivering outstanding service to join our professional and friendly Kona team at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, London. This person will be responsible for providing a passionate, charming and attentive service delivery to all guests and visitors according to our service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will have previous experience within a four / five star hotel in the same capacity and have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills as well as an excellent command of the English language. You will be an ambassador of the hotel and therefore have a true passion for dazzling our guests and exceeding their expectations.

Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, London your role will include, but not limited to:

• To establish and maintain an efficient breakfast, lunch and dinner operation, with an emphasis on high-clash efficient and courteous service, which puts guest first.
• To act as team leader within the Food and Beverage operation.
• To ensure the use of current Standard Operation Procedures by all team members within the department.
• To be able to work in different department within Food and Beverage when needed.
• To be responsible for managing the time sheets records for team members and process staff invoices when required.
• To ensure the punctuality and time keeping of your team to meet rota requirements.
• To undertake any other reasonable task set by your Head of Department.
• Complete administration if and when required.
• Monitor the daily number of covers and the average check of the restaurant.
