Corporate Sales Manager - our expectations

·Visit potential clients at their office to present the property and to identify business potential, the decision-makers, decision dates and the best tactics to secure business.

·Invite potential clients to the hotel to view both properties.

·Re contract existing accounts on an annual basis.

·Entertain as appropriate, according to business potential (prior authorisation required using ‘Entertainment’ form.)

·With some accounts it will be necessary to arrange an evening reception for a group of agents or corporate clients to develop business.

·If negotiations involve working outside the rate matrix or the agreed strategy for the period in question, consult with Director of Sales or Resident Manager.

·Accompany Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales, Sales Manager on client appointments.

·Assist fellow members of the team with FAM trips and evening events where appropriate and when requested.
