Reservations Agent - our expectation

To assist the Reservations department in all reservation sales and to support all other aspects and activities of the Reservations team.

The ideal candidate for Reservations Agent will:

-To be fully aware of all Hotel facilities and services available and to use all opportunities available to promote these.

-To adhere to all Reservations minimum standards in place.

-To respond to all reservations enquiries in a timely and efficient manner in line with the Hotel’s policies and rate structure, according to the standards in place.

-To follow up on all enquiries using the appropriate channel of communication as necessary.

-To ensure any possible sales leads are forwarded to the Sales & Marketing Department for follow-up.

-To assist the Assistant Reservations Manager and other Reservations colleagues as required.

-To maintain positive and effective working relationships within the Reservations department and with all other colleagues.

-To comply with all Company policies and procedures and to respect the confidentiality of all guests.

-Be eligible to live and work in the UK
