Hotel Night Receptionist - our expectation

Greet and welcome the guest on arrival at the hotel and escort them to their suite.

To perform check in and check out as per the departmental policy and procedure.

To be aware of hotel facilities and services at all times and to give information on the same in accordance with the hotel policy.

To have a thorough knowledge of the operation of the computer systems relevant to the concierge.

Be willing to go the extra mile and aim at achieving highest level of guest satisfaction

The ideal candidate for Hotel Night Receptionist will:

  • Have previous hotel reception experience
  • Have a high standard of personal presentation
  • Be highly responsible & reliable
  • Possess good communication skills and ability to prioritise
  • Have the ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Be eligible to live and work in the UK
