Assistant Reception Manager- our expectation

Proactively gather and utilise guest feedback to continuously improve the quality of customer service. This role will, take care of guests preferences, traces, correspondence with clients on a regular and timely basis, respond to any feedback that these guest may have.

Be fully conversant with the current availability, group movements, special events and functions being held in the hotel.

Monitor the lobby at all times and co-ordinate peak guest and group movements.

Give support and develop the departmental trainers in cooperation with the Learning and Development Manager and oversee all the training activities within the department.
