Team Leader at Starbucks Belfast International Airport

£500 Retention Bonus(T&C's apply)

Everyone regardless of age starts on £12.20 per hour.

Not only will you receive a competitive and attractive rate of pay, but we are also offering some fantastic incentives:

  • An additional £1.50 per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6am.

  • During summer period (26th May - 31st August) we are introducing fantastic schemes for all hourly paid colleagues and Managers! (T&C apply)

    - £500 retention payment

    - £5 extra per hour for all hours worked over 30h

We are looking for Full Time Team Leaders to join our team at Starbucks
As a Team Leader you will work a variety of shifts between 3am and 11pm

Responsibilities for Team Leader:

  • Leads the shift and motivates the team to drive sales
  • Follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
  • Ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly
  • Following Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required
  • Trains the team on brand standards
  • Ensures cash procedures followed by all staff

 

Requirements for Team Leader:

  • Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. 
  • Team Leader/Supervisor experience within retail or hospitality sector
