Your role in our family:

Key responsibilities for your role: 

• We’re looking for a Head Breakfast Chef with  experience in a high quality brigade.
• You’ll be able to coach and support junior chefs within a busy operation.
• This is a busy 5 star hotel so experience of being able to produce food to a high standard in a high volume kitchen is essential.
• A team-player, who can work individually and also communicate within a busy kitchen brigade.
• Passion is key to our success, we want our chefs to be enthusiastic with the same passion for food (and especially breakfast!) as us.
• As a Head Breakfast Chef for us you will be in charge of running the breakfast service ensuring all standards are maintained.
• You will be responsible for stock take, food preparation, team training and day to day ordering in the kitchen. 
• You will benefit by having evenings off so a good work/life balance is possible.
• We need to you to be reliable and committed to the early starts!
