We are looking for a Night Manager who is enthusiastic, passionate about guest services and exceptionally well organised to ensure highest levels of service and operational excellence are achieved during the night. Night Manager will represent the Management during the night and will provide leadership and support during the night operations.

Located in the heart of Bristol’s Old City, the hotel is right by the waterside, within easy walking distance of the prime cultural, business and shopping districts. This boutique style hotel includes 116 uniquely designed guest rooms. Not to be missed, is Buttermilk and Maple which offers relaxed, dining alongside aromatic coffee, craft beers and eclectic cocktails. 

Your role in our family:

Within Night Duty Manager, the key to your role is:

  • To ensure compliance with all H&S and operating regulations keeping team members and guests safe at all times
  •  To be an "all rounder" and have knowledge of all operational departments in order to provide luxury service to guests during the night
  • To have outstanding communication skills and build relationships with key stakeholders throughout the hotel.
  • To be able to build and develop a successful, reliable and motivated team to ensure highest levels of service are provided during the night shift 
  • To have a proactive approach and ensure all night audit procedures are completed timely and accurately. 
  • Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
  •  Conduct Briefing for all staff during Night Shift.
  •  Directing night business and maintains, reviews and prepares the co – ordination of daily business
  •  Oversees all front office accounting and financial procedures, night team duties and business transactions and monitors all aspects of night audit.
  •  Updating booking confirmations and checking details and requirements
  •  Updating reservations, inputting cancellations and amendments and making sure all booking are accurate.
  •  Performing check ins and check outs for late arrivals and early departures 
  • Leads Room Service during the night.
  •  To assist with all guests’ requests during the night.
