As our Manager, you will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of running the business and you will be supported by a reliable and eager to please team of dedicated staff. Your role will entail on-going development of your staff and keeping a highly motivated team focused on delivering a dining experience, which exceeds the expectations to our guests. Working alongside the Manager, you will also ensure that the business is driven forward and that financial targets are met through the application of sound business acumen, and effective sales & marketing.

 

The ideal candidate will be currently working at a restaurant management level in a London restaurant with a reputation for both service and cuisine. You will also be hands-on with a real eye for detail and a passion for being in constant contact with guests.
