We are absolutely delighted to be supporting our client with this recruitment drive and are looking for dedicated and passionate Spa Therapists.

Surrounded by 72 acres of stunning countryside and woodland with a tranquil lake, our client has transformed from a beauty country property to a magnificent country spa retreat.

This is a family run business that pride themselves on offering a 5-star service standard and a welcoming atmosphere. Dedicated to dedicated to providing guests with a special place to be and all members of our team are expected to work positively to achieve our vision.

We are looking for therapists to ensure that the spa therapy suite is a special place to be for guests, by providing them with the most relaxing and enjoyable range of treatments. Achieve the highest standards of guest care and attention, by providing a professional but friendly therapy service at all times.

Qualifications / Skills and Experience;

*NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualified, CIDESO, CIBTAC
*Elemis training preferred but not essential
*Minimum 1-year experience within a spa environment
*Willing to go the extra mile to ensuring that the guests receive an unforgettable experience
*Able to work as a motivated team member and to motivate other team members
*Be able to work on your own initiative
*Car owner/driver is essential due to the location of the client

Brief Over View Of Duties:

*Carry out consultations and treatments to a consistently high standard, and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
*Advise guests about the range of available spa and beauty treatments to ensure they meet their personal needs and enhance the spa experience
*Maintain up to date professional knowledge of products and treatments
*Maintain a high standard of cleanliness or work areas, treatment rooms, therapy floor and relaxation areas so that the best possible impression is given to guests.
*Carry out all close down and clean up duties at the end of each shift in accordance with standard procedures.
*Follow all Health & Safety procedures and instructions accordingly and ensure a safe environment.
*Work with team colleagues to achieve therapy and sales targets and ensure that high levels of gust satisfaction are achieved
*Ensure that all relevant policies, procedures and working practices are adhered to at all times

*Basic Salary: UP TO £18,200, depending on experience + Commissions
