Our client is now recruiting for a Spa Manager that can drive, lead the operational and financial direction of the Spa and to ensure that the highest standards are adhered to and that the guests experience exceeds their expectations every time they visit the Spa.

Qualifications:

* Must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty or equivalent
* You will be required to perform Treatments in the event of staff shortages/sickness or extra busy periods

Key Duties, that you would cover in this role:

* Responsible for the overall management and performance of the Spa, ensuring high standards of professionalism, customer service and optimum financial performance
* Customer Service
* Finance & Accounting
* Revenue & Sales
* Health & Safety
* General Auditing
* Personal/HR

Experience & Skills:

* Previous experience working in a Spa or high end Salon
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Spa Manager and has managed a team of at least 5 + Therapists.
* Leadership and Management skills
* Able to handle difficult situation
* Be proactive and can think on your feet in order to problem solve
* Passionate and positive, natural leader
* Drives quality throughout the business
* Can manage and improve standards
* Commercial Awareness
* Has experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
* Understands profit and loss
* Can effectively write SOP manual for the Spa
* Oversee the recruitment, managing and training of therapist
* Enthusiastic about the spa industry and immaculately presented

Package on Offer:

* Basic Salary: Up to £25,000
* Management Bonus Structure, discussed at interview
* You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends in accordance with the business requirements.
