Our client now has an opportunity for a Senior Therapist to join their established time. This is a luxury Beauty Salon in the beautiful rural area of West Berkshire offers a haven of rest and relaxation.
The salon has cosy feel where you feel at home and makes guests relax and want to return time and time again.
With a comprehensive treatment menu and Hair Dressing services you will be pampering clients with all the leading skin care brands.
You would be part of a growing team in a beautiful Salon where professionalism and passion combine.

Qualifications Required:

* NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
* At least 3 years hands on experience

Skills/Experience:

* Experienced Therapist
* Motivated, Passionate and Professional
* Previous experience working in a or high-end salon spa environment
* Able to build and sustain a full client base
* Manage stock control Have an input into salon marketing through social media, training can be provided.
* Smart and well presented
* Drive and passion
* Can offer a high standard of treatment
* Great personality, professional but friendly and can put guests at ease
* Strong team work ethic Keen eye for detail ensuring that the guests receive an unforgettable experience

Package:

* £21,000 Basis Salary based on experience
* 10% Commission on treatments
