Our client is one of the most luxurious and exclusive 5 Star day Spa resorts in London. They are now recruiting for an Operations Manager which understands the importance of the 5 star service and will play a major part in the future development of the business going forward.

Experience & skills requested;

  • Previous Spa Supervisor or Spa Management experience within a 5* environment
  • Customer care is key and you understand 5 star service standards
  • Assertive and motivational team leader that can inspire and lead a team
  • Methodical and organised individual
  • A natural communicator at all levels; you will need to be hands on rather than remote in all areas of the business.
  • Creative, look at way to promote the Spa via Events etc.

As a Spa of this caliber is a likely venue for visitors from the upper class and International society so we require you to be able to converse at all levels.

The holistic nature of the Spa is maintained from the minute the door is open to the customer and you will need to recognised the need for the calm ambiance to be maintained at all times.

This is a privately owned Spa with an involved owner who is passionate about its continued success, it will be necessary to work closely together in planning and operational liaison. It will also require an understanding of maintaining the integrity of the brand set to be the first word in Spa.

You will be running the day to day of the property, all spa treatments, and studio activities refreshments and retail sales so you must also have good business acumen.

Package on offer;

  • Basic Salary of £30k to £35k depending on experience
  • Other company benefits
