Spa Elite has been appointed to find an exceptional Spa Manager who will oversee the running of our Clients' Spa and take care of the welfare of all team members and customers alike.

Our Clients' Luxury Hotel and Spa retreat overlooks one of the most dramatic coastlines in the UK. The Spa has a fantastic reputation and is set in a beautiful location with fantastic facilities catering for health, beauty, fitness and relaxation.

The main focus of this important role will be on driving revenue and profit and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have to ensure the efficient and profitable delivery of a wide range of treatments to an extremely high standard and taking the clients on a relaxing journey in this stunning Spa environment.

Requirements;

* Previous Spa management experience essential
* Relevant training and qualifications to suit the role

Your Responsibilities;

* Overseeing all visiting guests and all of your team members
* Exceed all sales and financial targets
* Ensure the business runs to a high operational standard, is safe and clean at all times and that the whole team consistently strive to deliver an exceptional service.
* Manage, record and analyse the success of promotions
* Ensure all Hotel and Spa SOP's are adhered to
* Have an efficient, fully trained and motivated team
* Work a variety of shifts in accordance with the business needs

Your Tasks;

* Consistently achieve financial targets
* Lead and coach all team members daily with a key focus on sales performance and service excellence.
* Proactively focus on driving the spa and maximising profitability

Remuneration:

* £25,000 basic
* Spa and Health Club membership
* Ongoing training

* Accommodation Available (nominal weekly cost)
* Meal on duty
* Discounts on Treatments (Mon-Thurs)
* 28 days' holiday per annum (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
