Smokin’ Joe’s is an American Style Diner with a deep south twist. We are located in the upper level of County Mall, Crawley.

We are seeking experienced front of house team members with a passion for hospitality in a fun, family friendly environment.

Working conditions, shift patterns and hours (most of our diners only open until 6pm) are all excellent and we do not operate zero hour contracts.

As a rapidly expanding company we also have many opportunities to for career progression including cluster and training positions.

Most importantly you will:

• Greet our guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Engage with our guests and look after them during their stay with us.
• Have good communication with your colleagues in the kitchen.
• Live by the hospitality plan you created when you applied for the position.
• Be part of the team and help your colleagues as much as possible.
• Ensure our guests leave happy wanting to return again and again.
