Back in 1995 after several trips to Nashville Tennessee and the lone star state of Texas the Cox family opened the first Smith & Western with a mission to spread some of that easy going Southern hospitality and wholesome food they came to love. From the success of the first restaurant Smith & Western has gone onto opening its doors across the South East of England spreading its good food, cold beers, blended cocktails and great western atmosphere to the millions.
