Are you proactive, pragmatic and expert at problem solving? This exciting opportunity requires a unique individual, with experience in ski seasons and management. The chance to oversee all of your selected resort operations you need to be target driven, great with people and adaptable to any challenge that may come your way.  

RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW 

• To be responsible for all aspects of Resort Operations within your allocated area. 
• To act as line manager to the Senior Resort Staff in your allocated area in order to achieve all performance related targets.
• To manage, monitor and improve efficiency and performance in all operational areas ensuring that standards are kept consistently high and improved upon across the board, that performance targets are met and exceeded, and ensuring that all Skiworld guests receive a consistently excellent level of service in all areas as a result.
• To control expenditure and keep operational costs to a minimum.
• To maximise income.
• To ensure full compliance to local regulations.

You are 

• Highly motivated – a self-starter
• Able to work to own initiative and come up with ideas for improvement 
• A flexible, hands on and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal            
• Competent using Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail

You have 

• Previous Resort Manager or Area Manager experience                         
• Proven sales experience, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience of managing budgets / analysing figures / controlling costs      
• Full clean UK driving license
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution experience
