Depending on your experience, we’re offering a competitive annual salary between £30,000 – £33,000, plus bonuses.

Are you for us?

Are you Clinic Manager who can work closely with our Skinsmiths clinic teams to perform a range of aesthetic treatments, whilst providing exceptional customer service?

This role will involve:

  • Managing reception and client relationships - a top priority because our clients are deeply important to us
  • Ensuring all Skinsmiths standards, policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Leadership delivered at its best, to ensure the day to day operations of the clinic are executed to achieve our monthly goals
  • Implementing practices and procedures in all aspects of clinic operation that ensures the client journey from start to finish is flawless
  • Assisting, developing and mentoring all employees in the clinic as much as possible
  • Overseeing and reporting on the financials and performance of the clinic
  • Crafting the Skinsmiths culture and values in the clinic environment
  • Doing the right thing by the Brand
  • Optimizing in clinic production to full capacity
  • Generating and facilitating client leads

You will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in managing (or assisting the management) of a business, ideally in a similar industry business/clinic/store
  • Have sales experience with proven ability to achieve important metrics and targets
  • Have a strong customer service ethic
  • Be punctual and flexible to meet the needs of the business and be an effective teammate.
  • Need to want a career with us not just a job!
  • Have smart professional presentation and communication skills
