As a Skibound Assistant Manager you truly will form a partnership with our Hotel Managers, striving for the same goal in creating an excellent experience for our customers and team.  You’ll really understand how a hotel works and be able to confidently manage, when the going gets tough.

Not forgetting the formal bits…

You’ll have experience supervising a team in the hospitality industry and be able to motivate and engage them to champion Skibound’s required standards. Don’t forget you’ll be with your team for a full 5 months so being able to relate and lead your team is key.  You’ll have a passion for hospitality and understand how a hotel operates whilst having a true love for resort life!
