Requirements for the Commis Chef:

• A good basic knowledge of culinary skills and a good understanding
• Past experience working within professional kitchens for a minimum of 1 year
• Willing to learn new and exciting things and to develop your career and skills
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene
• Reliability
• A genuine passion for food and fresh ingredients
