We are approachable points of contact and know how to get the best from people, and during the event season we play a special role in being responsible for operational welfare support to the wider teams.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Volunteers Coordinator to join the People team. The role will be working directly with volunteers, marshals, and motorsport clubs, to help deliver our wide range of motorsport and leisure events.

You will support the Volunteers Department with operational and administrative support. Strong organisational and administration skills are a must along with empathy, interpersonal skills, and the ability to seize opportunities and think creatively.

To stand out from the crowd you will have already worked in a similar role.

This will be a busy and varied role working 5 days over 7 and will include weekend work.
