HR Manager - Wimbledon

As our HR Manager, you’ll take responsibility for ensuring our team feel as cared for as our residents. You’ll have a full awareness of and be able to effectively communicate the Signature EVP, ensuring that our team always feel empowered to do their best work. You will have extensive ER knowledge and experience of dealing with complex ER issues.

You’ll oversee all aspects of human resources, from ensuring we recruit the best candidates, to ensuring they have the equipment and training they need. Building relationships with the team and conducting our annual employee survey, to ensure they feel respected and listened to. Identifying training needs and providing development opportunities to all staff, regardless of their level. You’ll also be taking care of all the practical and legal requirements like record keeping, payroll and benefits.

Alongside your conscientious nature, practical knowledge of employment law and best practice, experience in employee record keeping and good understanding of the recruitment process, a CIPD qualification, working knowledge of health & safety legislation are a big advantage.
