We are currently recruiting Food Runners & Waiting On team member across our city centre venues.
We are currently recruiting Food Runners & Waiting On Team Members across out Liverpool City Centre venues. Skills Required:We do not require any formal skills for waiting on team members, however, some work experience in the customer service/catering industry would be desirable.
Waiting on:- Greeting customers and showing them to their table
- Giving out menus and taking orders for food & drink
- Serving food and drinks
- Fully knowledgeable of all items on the menu to answer questions
- Making sure tables are clean & tidy
- Dealing with bill payments
- Thrives in a busy environment
- Works well as part of a team
- Has great communication skills
- Can liaise with customers and make them feel welcome
- Can remain clam under pressure
- Uses their initiative
- And has a smart & tidy appearance
