We currently have a vacancy for a In-Room Dining waiter/waitress to join our team on casual basis.

The Role

Under the guidance of the In-Room Dining Manager/Supervisors, the In-Room Dining waiter/waitress n(Casual) will be responsible for providing a personalized service by adhering to the  Food and Beverage brand standards and by engaging with our guests and creating memorable experiences for them. He/she will maintain the cleanliness and organization of all supplies, equipment and work areas in order to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests and colleagues. He/she will ensure that the In-Room Dining team achieves profitability and growth in line with our core values at all times.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Customer service driven
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi task and set priorities in a fast placed environment
• Flexibility toward shift patterns as role will involve night shifts
• Fluent in English (both oral and written
• Good working knowledge of Micros point of sale software
• Experience in a 5* star London hotel
