We currently have a vacancy for a Night In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team.

The Role

The Night In-Room Dining Supervisor will be in charge and responsible for running and supervising the night shift, making sure the brand standards are met. The close collaboration and communication with kitchen, Guest Relations and Front Office is crucial to provide the outstanding hospitality from the heart service Shangri-La is renowned for. Leading by example and delivering exceptional service are key responsibilities for Night In-Room Dining Supervisor, as well as ability of coaching, motivating and developing people within the team.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Customer service driven
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi task and set priorities in a fast placed environment
• Good working knowledge of Micros point of sale software
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Available to work nights

Desirable Requirements

• Opera knowledge
• Experience in a 5* star London hotel
