We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Chef De Partie to join our team.

Job Summary/Purpose:

• The main responsibilities are:
• To ensure and maintain the highest standard of food preparation in the Hotel, service and hygiene in the kitchen areas;
• Ensure all kitchen areas are maintaining Shangri-la Food Safety Management System and HACCP controls and standards at all times;
• To maintain food safety and hygiene practices;
• The colleague is fully aware of our current IMS policies and procedures and will follow them in every business related activity, specifically food safety and environmental safety related. In addition, the colleague will enforce the IMS system with the direct reports in related departments and divisions across the hotel.
