 Job title: Customer Service Host

Location: National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham, NG12 2LU

Job type: Fixed Term – 7 months

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, between Monday to Sunday

Salary: £14,820 to £16,270 per annum + Excellent benefits

 

 

  

Here at Holme Pierrepont our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Host to join our team.

 

Holme Pierrepont Country Park, the home of the National Water Sports Centre has excellent water facilities, accommodation, a campsite, Outdoor Adventure Zone, Life Fitness Gym and marvellous nature trails for cycling and walking, it is a favourite destination for families, schools, corporate clients, and individuals.

 

In this role you will be responsible for delivering events within our site. A professional attitude and a good eye for detail is key for this role. Our visitors and event partners have high expectations so we must deliver the best standards of customer service.

 

Your duties will include helping to plan and organise events while ensuring everything runs smoothly, welcome all visitors and customers to ensure they have the best experience, ensure all events and meeting rooms are set up to the required standard, help resolve any issues and complaints that may arise, upsell our products when required, encourage visitors take part in our activities and facilities, deliver excellent customer service and engage with our holiday park guests.

About you

 

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Holme Pierrepoint, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.

 

Ideally you will have experience working within the events industry (however training will be given to the right candidate), have good customer care and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and remain calm and assured under pressure.
