Location: Moor Lane, Bolton, BL3 5BN

Working hours: 26 hours per week

Salary: £12,168.00 per annum, £9 per hour + enhancements at weekends, time and a half on Saturday and double time on Sunday

An exciting opportunity has arisen as we’re currently recruiting for a Lifeguard to work 26 hours per week, covering mornings, evenings and weekend shifts between Monday to Sunday at Jason Kenny Centre

Key Purpose of the role?

The role of the Lifeguard is to work within the centre ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care at all times. The role will involve supervision of specific activities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and the safe handling and set up of equipment

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working within the leisure environment with the ability to set and achieve high standards of cleanliness and personal presentation as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also have a good awareness of Health & Safety policies and procedures.

We can only consider applications from candidates who hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society)

You also need to be at least 18 years old to apply for this role due to health and safety and being able to look after the pool by yourself.
