Apprentice Front of House Assistant - Skelmersdale

Salary: £3.90p/h

Beacon Park Golf are looking to hire an Apprentice Front of House Assistant to join the team.

As a front of house, the purpose of your role will be to provide front line customer service at the reception area.

You will be reporting to the duty manager and on a day to day basis, the successful candidates’ duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

• To deal with first line customer enquiries or complaints
• To deal with cash transactions and receipts.
• Taking customer bookings at reception desk and by telephone
• To prepare and serve food.
• Working behind the bar.
• Essential cleaning and maintenance in the kitchen, bar and other areas.
• To be compliant with data protection and contract laws at all times.

Beacon Park are looking to hear from candidates who have experience and/or an interest in customer services, catering or a golf environment. Furthermore, if you have good communication skills, a good telephone manner and are confident with computer packages, this could be the job for you.
