Receptionist - Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury

Salary: £8.50 - £9.00 per hour

Part-time, 24 hours per week

Stoke Mandeville Stadium are looking to hire a receptionist to join the team on a 24-hour contract.

As a receptionist, the successful candidate will be delivering front-line customer service for all those who enter the stadium. Any potential applicants will be expected to have worked in a previous customer facing role in a busy working environment on a day to day basis, the successful receptionist duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following

  • Greeting customers and dealing with first line enquiries or complaints
  • Interacting with customers face to face, telephone and emails
  • Dealing with cash transactions
  • Supervising the reception staff
  • Maintaining a professional environment for staff and customers
  • Assisting relevant departments with membership and booking administration

Stoke Mandeville are looking to hear from candidates who can demonstrate strong communication and customer care skills, an ability to remain calm under pressure and though not essential, it would be advantageous to have had some exposure to computerized booking systems.
