Salary: £10.10 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Stechford Cascades, as we’re recruiting for Casual Swimming Teachers to work as and when required between Monday to Sunday.

Early into 2018 we moved into our brand new 8-million-pound leisure centre, with 2 pools, state of the art 100 station gym, work out studio and 4 court sports hall.

Key Purpose of the role?

In the role of the Swimming Teacher you will be involved working with a range of age groups who vary from age 3 up until adults. Each session will contain swimmers of mixed ability from beginners to advance.

You will be responsible for the safety and skill advancement of the pupils within your care.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working within the leisure environment with the ability to set and achieve high standards of cleanliness and personal presentation as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also have a good awareness of Health & Safety policies and procedures. 

We are looking for applicants who hold an ASA level 2 or STA level 1 and a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or Rescue Award.
