Bookings and Administration Apprentice - Bisham Abbey
Salary: £7,910 - £10,000 per annum
Job type: Full-time, fixed term

Reporting to the general manager, the bookings and administration apprentice will be supporting an effective and efficient on-site bookings administration function and support other administrative functions as required.
On a day to day basis, the bookings and administration’s responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Being pro-active and attentive, at all times, delivering high standard of customer service, when liaising with suppliers or clients.
- Fulfilling requests for all enquiries both over the phone and online reservations.
- Making bookings as required for community sports, onsite partners and corporate customers
- Handle incoming calls in a professional manner, delivering the highest standard of customer service.
- Updating invoice and accommodation sales tracker as required
- Reception cover as required to support front of house team.
- Raising booking forms & course information
- Completing bookings weekly supplement
- Compile data for reports as required
Bisham Abbey are looking for candidates who have strong organisational and communication skills and can show a high degree of IT literacy.
