Location: Mote Park outdoor adventure, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 7RN

Working Hours/Pattern: Casual, April to October

Salary: £6.15 to £8.21 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a number of Activity Rangers to work Casual hours at weekends and school holidays seasonally between April and October.

Purpose of Role?

 

The activity rangers role is to operationally manage all activities on site, instructing activities, ensuring customer safety and high standards of customer care at all times. The role involves ensuring daily operations are in place.

 

There is a 2 day course that will need to be completed, as well as an online theory test before your employment will commence, so you will need to be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.

 

What are we looking for?

 

No qualifications required as full training will be provided.

 

Essential

• Need to be comfortable with heights
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment
• Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers within your work environment
• Customer service focused
• Team player and can‐do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
• Able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety

   

Desirable

• First aid at work

• Experience in a similar role
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
