Location: Tenterden Leisure Centre, Recreation Ground Rd, Tenterden, TN30 6RA

Working Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £12,272.00 to £16,286.40 per annum (Increases to £17,076) in April.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Tenterden Leisure Centre, as we are looking to recruit a full time Lifeguard to work 40 hours per week between Monday to Sunday.

Key Purpose of the role?

The Lifeguard's role is to work within the centre, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care at all times.  The role will involve supervision of specific activities including lifeguarding the swimming pools, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and the safe handling and set up of equipment.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working within the leisure environment with the ability to set and achieve high standards of cleanliness and personal presentation as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

You should also have a good awareness of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
