Food and Beverage Manager | Maidstone Leisure Centre

Location: Maidstone Leisure Centre, ME15 7RN

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum + Fantastic Benefits   

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Maidstone Leisure Centre who are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager to work full time, 40 hours per week.  

Maidstone Leisure Centre offers a 100 station gym with over 100 group exercise classes every week.  

Overview of the role

To organise and supervise the unit in accordance with and to the standards required by Maidstone Leisure Centre, the contract specification and statutory Regulations. To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the unit to provide great quality Foodservice and Support Services as required.

You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and service of food to agreed standards and specification. To ensure the efficient and economic use is made of all resources, including stock, team members and company assets.

About You

 

The ideal candidate will poses a previous experience working in the similar environment.

 

You will have a previous experience of successfully managing catering teams, as well as be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers within Maindstone Leisure Centre.

 

You will be customer focused individual with good communication skills.

 

Qualification Level

 

• Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Food and Hygiene successful

 

Note: Preference will be given to prospective post holders who possess relevant experience of working in similar size and or larger more complex sporting or leisure facilities.
