Hourly Rate: £8.19 - £15 depending on qualifications + Excellent Benefit Package

Location: Stoke Mandeville Stadium, Buckinghamshire, HP21 9PP

Contract: Casual

Hours:  3-5 days per week, full time hour’s available during school holidays.

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Stoke Mandeville Stadium who are recruiting for a Sports Coach.

 

Stoke Mandeville Stadium is the National Centre for Disability Sport and boasts the highest grade of facilities for our leading sportsmen and women.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• To plan, prepare and deliver coaching sessions as specified by the line manager and associated delivery partners.
• To develop coaching sessions that meets Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as set by Serco Leisure.
• To maintain accurate administration records for all sessions in line with the facilities processes and procedures.
• To assist in the organisation and promotion of sport and recreational activities and distribute relevant publicity material.
• To undertake further training as required.
• To comply with and promote equality, health, safety and employee development in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• To undertake any other appropriate duties as may be allocated from time to time in accordance with the general nature of the post.

 

Desirable Skills

 

• Level 1 or 2 Sports Specific Coaching qualification e.g. Football, Tennis or other
• First aid
• Child Protection
• Further coaching qualifications - Gymnastics, Rugby etc.
