Membership Sales Advisor (Part Time) | Sovereign Centre

Location: The Sovereign Centre, Royal Parade, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN22 7LQ

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: Up to £15,064.92 per annum + commission and overtime

We are currently recruiting for a Full time Membership Sales Advisor to work at Sovereign Centre between Monday to Sunday covering earlies, lates and weekends on a flexible rota.

Located right on the seafront in Eastbourne, the whole family can enjoy the fun pool with waves, flume rides and spa pool. Dive into the only public leisure centre diving pool in Sussex or swim in the 25 meter Gala Swimming Pool. We also offer a state of the art gym offering over 80 stations with cardio-theatre, a workout studio offering over 50 classes a week, a health suite with sauna and steam room and a café. The Sovereign centre is part of Eastbourne Leisure Trust.

Key purpose of role:

To assist the Sales Supervisor on driving monthly membership sales targets to achieve / exceed set KPI’s.

Key Duties

  • Drive membership sales with positive front line actions to achieve monthly sales targets and additional KPI’s.
  • Perform outreach as required to generate leads for prospective members.
  • Conduct tours of the facility in line with business set process and procedure.
  • Deliver on set KPI’s for mystery shop tours as set out each month.
  • Drive potential corporate leads to deliver set KPI’s.
  • Assist with customer communication via specified means – website, social media and traditional methods.
  • Drive / assist with set net gain targets to achieve annual growth as per business plan.
  • Collection and correct use of membership sales related data.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has excellent sales knowledge and skills, Competent IT skills and an excellent communicator. As well as being enthusiastic, self motivated, orgainised and to have an outgoing, approachable personality.

A Professional qualification in a sales related area and proven experience in a sales orientated environment, with experience of working to and achieving set targets would be desirable.
