Location: Horwich Leisure Centre, Horwich, BL6 5PY

Working hours: 37

Salary: £15,064.92 per annum (£7.83 per hour)

 

We are currently recruiting for Full Time Lifeguards to work between Monday to Sunday at the new Horwich Leisure Centre, which has a fantastic new gym, virtual spin class, 25m pool and much more!

Key purpose of the role?

 

The Lifeguard's role is to work within the centre, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care at all times.  The role will involve supervision of specific activities including lifeguarding the swimming pools, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and the safe handling and set up of equipment

 

What are we looking for?

 

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working within the leisure environment with the ability to set and achieve high standards of cleanliness and personal presentation as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also have a good awareness of Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Please note - The National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for this role. If you have a current NPLQ certificate please ensure this is clearly stated on your CV/application.
