Salary: up to £25,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits Package

Hours:  Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 17:00 and Friday 09:00 – 16:30

Overview of the role

 

Within this role you will ensure that the Purchase to Pay Team runs smoothly by adhering to Company Procedures including the supervision of the Purchase Co-ordinators, Purchase Ledger Clerks and Admin Assistant.

 

You will develop and manage the talent within the team and promote the working of ‘one team’ as well as manage holidays, sickness, appraisals etc.

The role will involve supporting and assisting the Payments Team to ensure all department schedules are adhered to ensure suppliers are paid to term, including BER’s (personal expenses) and Self Employed Coaches.

 

About you

 

You will be able to demonstrate previous supervisory experience working in Goods Purchasing / Purchase Ledger setting.

Strong communication skills are key with the ability to interact at all levels and delegate and effectively allocate resources to get the job done to the highest standard.

 

As the successful candidate, you will be computer literate with a strong excel knowledge.

 

Qualification Level

 

• Educated to a reasonable standard (5 GCSE’s)
• AAT qualified (desirable)
