Location: Maidstone Leisure Centre, ME15 7RN
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum + Fantastic Benefits  

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Maidstone Leisure Centre who are recruiting for a Health and Fitness Manager to work full time, 40 hours per week.  

 

Maidstone Leisure Centre offers a 100 station gym with over 100 group exercise classes every week.  

 

Overview of the role

 

As the successful candidate you will supervise  and develop all aspects of health and fitness activity delivery in the Centre by ensuring the health and fitness team provide inspiring, results driven fitness coaching and supervision to customers in accordance with the Customer Intimacy Health and Fitness programme.

 

You will lead and drive the growth of the health & fitness programmes in order to hit and exceed business targets and growth.

 

About You

 

The ideal candidate will poses a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the Health & Fitness industry.

 

As well as the ability to empathise and work with customers and colleagues of all age groups

• Health and safety training awareness.
• Supervisory experience

 

Qualification Level

 

• Minimum Level 3 fitness qualification
• Group exercise qualification

Note: Preference will be given to prospective post holders who possess relevant experience of working in similar size and or larger more complex sporting or leisure facilities.
