Senior Catering Assistant 37.5 – 5 out 7 day to the needs of the business 7am-3pm, 12:30pm-8:30pm including weekends

The Senior Catering Assistant’s role is to support the catering team in achieving the high standards of service and customer care at all times. The role will also ensure compliance with food safety legislation in the café.

 

You will provide information, instruction and training to catering staff to ensure they fulfil their roles in an efficient and safe manner and ensure high standards of presentation throughout including colleague uniform standards

 

Skills and Experience

The Catering Supervisor will hold a CIEH or RIPH Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety or a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering, or equivalent. A CIEH or RIPH Advanced Certificate in Food Safety is desirable.

Supervision or management of a food retail operation or service led organisation
