Are you passionate about Leisure, customer focused and looking for a varied role that will provide your first step into Leisure Management? If so we have two opportunities to work with us a Duty Manager/Shift Supervisor in our community based Leisure Centre in Edenbridge Kent.

Whilst supporting the Centre Management Team ensuring that they are able to safely operate the leisure centre so that our customers receive a high quality of service at all times, you will also be responsible for supervising a team of Leisure Attendants/Life Guards managing shift cover and rota patterns. 

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working within the Leisure Industry and will be able to take sole control of the premises when necessary. You will have knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation, money handling/banking procedures, excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and have a full commitment to customer care.

You will be required to cover on poolside life-guarding the pools from time to time therefore it is essential that you are a strong swimmer and ideally already possess the National Pool Life-guarding Qualification (NPLQ), or alternatively be able to obtain this qualification through sponsorship which we will provide to the right candidate.

This post will require you to work a rota pattern which will include early mornings, evenings and weekends so it is essential that are able to be flexible with your working hours.
