Sales Executive - Vintners Hall, London

We are looking for individuals to help us grow our iconic collection and delivering memorable experiences for our guests.

We are recruiting for a Sales Executive to work with us at Vintners Hall.

Vintners’ Hall is one of the Great 12 Livery Companies in the City of London, based on the north side of Southwark Bridge on Upper Thames Street. The Vintners’ Company are steeped in history and tradition going back to the Doomsday Book and pride themselves of being one of the premium Livery Companies in the City of London.

Main Purpose:

To be responsible for the sales and coordination of events working towards an events budget.

What we are looking for:

  • 2 years proven sales experience, preferably within an event venue
  • Great sales skills
  • Excellent Attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

Job role expectations:

  • To receive incoming enquiries in accordance with the Sales Department standards and procedures and to convert them into confirmed business
  • To prepare proposals for new enquiries, ensuring venue standards are adhered to and contain best fit/feature expectations for client and maximising yield and revenue
  • To ensure all sales procedures and administration correspondence duties are up to date and completed in a timely fashionas per agreed KPI’s
  • To meet with prospective clients and show them round the venue facilities
  • To maintain a clean CRM database and bookings calendar
  • To support the Sales Team in promotional and hospitality activities as directed by the Sales Manager
  • To maintain good knowledge of current market information and competitors
  • To have an understanding of the venue sales targets and to work towards all sales strategies
