We are looking for individuals to help us grow our iconic collection and delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
We are looking for a Conference and Banqueting Manager at 30 Euston Square.
Main Purpose of job role:
- To manage the Conference and Banqueting team, providing the best quality and service to our guests
- To maintain Searcys high service quality and develop connections with our clients and guests
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide support to the venue sales team, focusing on events.
- To discuss all catering elements of the event with the customer and liaise with the events team.
- To host and manage tastings
- To develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and new confirmed bookings
- To manage the event diary and manage booking of venue spaces.
- Maximise all conference and banqueting revenue opportunities
- To produce clear and concise function sheets in accordance with company standards and procedures
- To provide a clear and concise handover to the banqueting team#
- Build strong relationships with guests to fully understand and cater to their needs
- To work as part of a team
- To represent Searcys in a professional manner at all times in your behaviour, appearance and knowledge.
- To perform any other reasonable duties as requested
