We are looking to recruit an experienced Sushi Chef to join a fresh and new Japanese restaurant located in Central London. The dining space offers a modern Japanese cuisine coupled with a sharing concept, all housed in a beautiful property on the busy Great Portland Street.
The ideal Sushi Chef will be experienced in high volume environments and must have worked within the role for at least 2 years in a similar establishments. We are looking for a dynamic and hard-working Sushi chef with a wonderful knowledge of Japanese cuisine and techniques.
