Having a Birthday Party at Rush is an amazing experience. We are currently looking for a Weekend Party Supervisor who has bags of energy that will ensure that all Birthday Children and guests have a fantastic time.

The Party Host Supervisor has a responsibility to support the team through shift so that party days can run smoothly. Ensuring that stock check is kept up to date and any orders are made in time for when they are required. Communication with management and Customer Service must be done frequently to ensure all preparations are ready for upcoming parties. Ensuring all conduct keeps the team strong and hard working. Ensuring that you are a listener but also are able to manage a team keeps a motivated department within the company. An ideal candidate would live close to the area, with the intention of a career within the company.

This is a contracted role of 16hrs per week (Weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating plans for upcoming parties in enough time to prepare for busy periods- Whilst head of department is away
  • Supporting the Head of Party’s by putting together rotas on their absence
  • Keeping stock checks up to date (Balloons, Plates, Cups etc)
  • Overseeing parties during busier periods
  • Ensuring plans are ready and everything is prepared for weekends
  • Ability to delegate to the whole team
  • Ensure that recommendations and complaints are brought to the right person and dealt with promptly and efficiently to satisfy the customer and company
  • Reporting to the Head of Parties/ DM of any major complaints
  • Quickly being able to find employees to cover absent staff
