Purpose of the role:

Our exclusive clubhouse in Epsom is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to maintain and supervise the smooth running of the section within the kitchen, offering a wide variety of cooking including sandwiches, afternoon tea, brasserie, events and fine dining.

Essentials:

• Flexible to work in any section of the kitchen
• Have a passion for cooking and possess the desire to deliver exceptional service
• Follow the law in respect of food hygiene, health and safety, the club food policy

Minimum experience required:

• Demonstrable experience working as a Chef de Partie in a 5* establishment (or similar)
• Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine
• Level 2 food hygiene certificate
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to run an effective team
