Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Fountain Brasserie team in our beautiful Woodcote Park Clubhouse, to create and deliver a dining experience that is memorable for our members. The restaurant caters for bookings and walk ins with a variety of requirements from coffees, sandwiches and breakfasts to 3 course lunches and dinners.

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of leading a team of 20+ FOH full time staff 
• Managing a P&L
• Running a busy restaurant with a combination of bookings and walk ins 
• Passionate about delivering first-class customer experience
• Working collaboratively across all functions

Minimum experience required:

• First-class communication skills
• Management and Leadership skills
• Budget planning and forecasting
• Implementation and monitoring of all health and safety policies and procedures
